These Terms of Service govern use of cozyerliving.com, a website operated by COOL MADE INC under the Cozyer Living brand. By using the website, you agree to these terms.
Preview-only catalog
The website currently provides product previews, measuring information, design ideas, and optional early-access registration. Checkout is unavailable. Product previews, planned sizes, colors, features, prices, availability, and launch timing may change before sales begin.
Joining Early Access does not create a purchase, preorder, reservation, promise of inventory, or guaranteed discount or delivery date. A purchase agreement will arise only after checkout is enabled and we accept an order under the terms shown at that time.
Website use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business shopping research. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape the website in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another person, or use the website to violate applicable law.
Product and educational information
We work to present accurate information, but preview content may be revised as product specifications and production details are finalized. Measuring and installation guides are general information. Users are responsible for confirming the actual product specifications, mounting surface, clearances, local requirements, and suitability for the intended installation before purchase or installation.

The Cozyer Living name, website design, original text, graphics, photographs, diagrams, and other site content are owned by or licensed to COOL MADE INC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to view and use the website for its intended purpose.
