Refund policy

30-day return policy

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Return eligibility

  • For non-defective products, the item must be unused, unwashed, uninstalled, and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. Please keep the item and packaging until we provide instructions.

How to start a return

Email support@cozyerliving.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide return authorization and the correct return address. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

  • If the return is caused by a product defect, damage, or an incorrect item, Cozyer Living will pay the reasonable return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.
  • For returns unrelated to product quality or seller error, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

After the authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need another color or size, return the eligible item and place a new order.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We can cancel an order that has not entered fulfillment. Once processing or shipment has started, cancellation is not guaranteed and the return policy will apply.

Exceptions

Custom-made or custom-sized products are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the approved order specifications. Gift cards and items marked final sale are not returnable. These limitations do not reduce any rights provided by applicable law.
